Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of HappyPaint (“the app”), a browser-based painting application provided by Algorisys Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “us”). By using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. The service

HappyPaint is a client-side creative tool for drawing and painting in your web browser. Your artwork is stored locally on your device and, optionally, in your own Google Drive if you connect it. The app is provided as a tool for your personal and professional creative work.

2. Your content

You retain all rights to the artwork and content you create with HappyPaint. We claim no ownership over your work. Because your content is stored on your own device and in your own cloud storage, you are responsible for keeping backups — we cannot recover work that is lost due to browser data being cleared, device failure, or changes to your Google account.

3. Google Drive

If you choose to connect Google Drive, you authorize the app to create and manage only the files it creates or that you open with it (the drive.file scope). Your use of Google Drive is also subject to Google’s Terms of Service. See our Privacy Policy for how Google data is handled.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the app to:

• Create or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful.
• Violate the rights of others, including intellectual-property rights.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer for malicious ends, or abuse the service or any connected provider’s systems.

5. Intellectual property

The app’s software, design, and branding are owned by Algorisys Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and its licensors. These Terms grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app; they do not transfer any ownership of the app itself to you.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data will be preserved.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Algorisys Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or content, arising out of or relating to your use of the app.

8. Changes to the service and these Terms

We may update, change, or discontinue the app or these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
